Proposition :  Reinterpretation of Gaudi’s geometric with Harmonic Resonance theory and Gestalt Theory.
The sound is part of the nature that are unvisual. However, the sound can be visual with resonance. Each resonance. Each resonance has different shapes that form in geometrical patterns. Resonance of wave patterns as a representation of spatial form is demonstrated by the fact that nature makes use of a resonance representation in another unrelated aspect of biological functions, that of embryological morphogenesis. Or the development of spatial structure in the embryo.

Precedent: Rich in architectonic detail, multiple narratives are layered within all of Gaudi’s projects. Looking beyond the buildings’ intense colours, forms, textures, references, innovative programmer, structural design and construction. Gaudi developed full geometrical research program of topics that he considered indispensable for his architectural work. He became involved in an experimental search for optimal geometrical solution that he could apply to his design. Having worked out the geometric laws for generating his columns and the branching support for the naves and the nave ceiling. Gaudi always maintained modular proportions and measurements that were repeated in a logical way.

Architectural Problem : The Gaudi already did similar ways to producing metal ornamentation. Therefore, the main problem and main key points to resolve problem is find something that Gaudi didn’t used. Main idea of resolving the problem is to using straight lines only. “The straight line belongs to men, the curved one to God.” “There are no straight lines or sharp corners in nature. Therefore, buildings must have no straight lines or sharp corners.” Like Said Gaudi, he didn’t used straight lines into his architecture. This might resolve the problem.

Time table:
Nov 18 – Nov 29: Barcelona
Nov 30 – Jan 7: Resonance geometric module researching / Material and tool testing after Barcelona trip till through winter break.

Winter Semester begin ~: The module testing and built in large scale ornamentation with drawings.
