"Big Al" the Blue KR100 robot is now successfully wired for control of the air system that powers our extruder tool. With Wes's help, we were able to map the New I/O's in the control pendant and the system is ready to use. Next steps are "teaching" the tool to the robot, and inputing the data for the tool coordinate system to SuperMatter Tools. Testing can begin immediately, but completing this process guarantees accuracy between the digital tool paths and the actual real world position of the tool.
